1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers and warehouses in Australia and overseas. This allows us to offer a wide range of products while keeping delivery times as fast as possible.

2. How long does shipping take?

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on location.

• During peak seasons (like Christmas), couriers may experience slight delays.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

4. How much does shipping cost?

• Free shipping for orders over $75.

• Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $75.

5. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.

6. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@southernspark.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. What is your returns policy?

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds or replacements are processed once the item is received and inspected.

8. Are your products Australian made?

Some products are sourced from Australian suppliers, while others come from international partners to give you the best variety and value. Wherever possible, we prioritise Australian suppliers for faster delivery.

9. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
